OUR PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS SECURING THE PREMISES AFTER A RESIDENTIAL FIRE.

• Structural integrity checks of the building (depending on the severity of the fire)

• Property cleaning after fire and smoke damage to prevent further damage to exposed surfaces, contents and personal items.

At Walton Restoration, our technicians have received training in fire and smoke repairs / restoration, as well as odor control. We will use this training to return the property to a pre-loss condition after a residential or commercial fire has occurred.

In the most severe circumstances the building / the property may be a complete loss and have to be taken down. Our preference is to restore and repair the building wherever possible as this allows us to return the insured to their premises, and back to day-to-day life, in the shortest amount of time.

Our goal is to provide emergency services that mitigate the effects of the original fire, and then restore and repair the premises to its pre-loss condition in a professional and timely manner.
